Mindful Movements is a fitness brand delivering informative & intelligent exercise. As an extension to the quality of care offered in studio I wanted to deliver this same attention to detail in exercise at home.
I devised the ‘Pilates MindBody Fit Program’ as an experienced Fitness Instructor, Yoga & Pilates Teacher & Trained Dancer. Hundreds of students have already benefitted from this method at my studio in Galway.
